</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Alice Alexander, 48, 2 N. Skaggs St. Apt. 507, Harrisburg, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at her residence.

A memorial service for the cremated remains will be held noon Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. Visitation is after 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.

She was born on Nov. 3, 1961, in Chicago to the late Thomas Davenport and Alice (Brishke) Davenport, who survives. She was married to Steven Alexander, who survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Danielle Mathews of Harrisburg; a grandson, Brandon Mathews of Harrisburg; five brothers, William (Dolarita) Gordon of Homerglen, Michael (Debra) Gordon of Justice, Kenneth (Dalila) Gordon of Las Cruses, N.M., Thomas Davenport of Romeoville and Daniel Davenport of West Chicago; three sisters, Susan (Kenneth) Trippett of Hanover Park, Kathleen (Brian) Holland of Vidor, Texas, and Barbara (Dagoberto) Alfara of West Chicago.
