Novella Pauline Hopson

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Novella Pauline Hopson, 79, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Eldorado, passed away 10:20 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at Park Healthcare in Orlando.

She was the wife of the late Earl Hopson, who preceded her in death in 1993.

Novella was born in Eldorado on Aug. 31, 1930, the daughter of the late Clelvis and Opal Sullivan.

She was a homemaker.

Novella is survived by a son, William Seagraves of Florida; grandchildren, James (Nicola) Woodruff, Daniel (Jennifer) Woodruff, Michael Seagraves, Caila Seagraves and Julie Ann Price; a sister, Barbara (James) Jones of Alabama; three brothers, Donald (Helen) Sullivan of Kentucky, Fred (Nancy) Sullivan of Kentucky and William (Jeane) Sullivan of Kentucky; and a son-in-law, John Woodruff of Orlando.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Novella Christine Woodruff; two brothers; and one sister.

Graveside services will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Equality at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, 2009.

Visitation is 10 to 10:45 a.m. Monday at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home.
