</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Ada Bernice Meadows, Rosiclare, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at Hardin County General Hospital.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, at Cox Funeral Home, Rosiclare. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at the funeral home. Arrangements are in the charge of Hardin County Funeral Services.

She was the widow of Simon Meadows. She is survived by seven children and four siblings.
