</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Delmar W. Richardson, 91, Mount Vernon, died 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital, Mount Vernon.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at First Presbyterian Church in Mount Vernon with the Rev. Rob Dyer officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Mount Vernon with military rites by Mount Vernon American Legion Post No. 141. Visitation is 10 a.m. to service time Friday at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Hughey Funeral Home, Mount Vernon.
