Nola Lanton Bell

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Nola Lanton Bell, 81, of South Bend, Ind., died Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, at St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, at Clark-O'Neil Funeral Home in South Bend. Burial will be in South Bend. Visitation is after 10 a.m. Friday.

She was born in Carrier Mills to the late George and Florence (Jones) Lanton.

She is survived by two children, Karen Bell of South Bend, Ind. and John Bell Jr. of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Boneva (Raymond) Morgan of Roswell, Ga. and Carolyn Drue of Carrier Mills; a special nephew, Ronald Williams of Harrisburg; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by five sisters, Velma Sumner, Willa Williams, Joyce Green, Peggy Beard and Nedra Redding.
