</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Gary Lane Fryer, 57, formerly of Evansville, Ind., died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at Deaconess Hospital.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, Ky., with the Rev. Michael Wall and the Rev. Tom Flewellen officiating. Arrangements are in the charge of Ziemer Funeral Home, Evansville, Ind.

He is survived by a brother, uncle and cousins.
