</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Richard M. Neumann, 74, of 703 E. Edwards St., Ridgway, died 6:15 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2009, at his residence.

Visitation and funeral Mass are pending from Vickery Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery with Father Mark Stec officiating. Military rites will be performed by Ridgway American Legion Post No. 596.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Neumann; a daughter; two sons; one brother, three sisters; and one grandchild.
