James W. Hall

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[James W. Hall of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Galatia, passed away at 2:10 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2009, at Moffit Cancer Center in Tampa, Fla.

James was born June 7, 1939, in Harrisburg to Overton and Myrtle (Lane) Hall. He married Karen Loida on Aug. 31, 1963, at St. Ceciela Church in St. Louis Mo., and she survives.

James is also survived by three sons, James W. Hall II, Denis James Hall and Richard James Hall, all of Bradenton Florida. He is survived by 12 grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Melva Clarida of Galatia and Carol Sue Wideman of St. Peters Mo.; and one brother, Overton Hall Jr. of Kirkwood, Mo.

He was preceded by his parents; and a brother, Floyd Hall.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009, at Kutis Funeral Home on 5255 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis, Mo. There will also be a visitation at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2009, and funeral at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be at Brushy Cemetery in Harco.

The family has requested that memorials be made to Moffit Cancer Center of Tampa, Fla., in lieu of flowers.
