Charles Carter

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Charles Carter, 60, of 401 U.S. Route 45 North, Eldorado, died 2:15 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Harl Cockrum officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation is 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

He was born on Jan. 14, 1949, in Hurst to the late Harry and Oza (Pierce) Carter. On June 17, 2002, he married the former Rebecca Bristow.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Carter of Eldorado; a brother, Bill (Emmaline) Carter of Eldorado; a sister, Darlene Tolbert of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
