</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Jessika Rena James, 4, of Shawneetown, died at 4:40 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2009, in Childrens Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Jessika was born in Marion on April 5, 2005, to Brandi James and Eli Nipper.

Jessika loved to watch Dora, Hannah Montana, play with her dolls and enjoyed her many cousins and family. She was a beautiful little girl that had a contagious smile and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Jessika is survived by her mother, Brandi James (Ricky Turner) of Eldorado; father, Eli Nipper of Harrisburg; brother, Peyton Lane of Junction; grandmothers, Shelly James of Shawneetown, Jo Nipper of Harrisburg and Barbara Ray of Harrisburg; grandfather, Bill Nipper of Harrisburg; great-grandmother, Kitty Culley of Raleigh; aunts, Julie James of Shawneetown, Amy (Adam) Lane of Harrisburg, Monica Turner of Eldorado and Bridgett Ray of Eldorado; uncles, Jeff James of Shawneetown, Tony Goforth of Shawneetown, Steven Hayes of Shawneetown, Gabe Nipper of Harrisburg and Donnie James of Evansville, Ind.

Services for little Jessika will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009, at the Cox and Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown. Visitation will also be from 11 a.m. until funeral time on Saturday. The Rev. Richard Holt will officiate and burial will be in Westwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with family expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
