</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Raymond L. "Joe" Rouse, 79, North Chicago, formerly of Carrier Mills, died Thursday, May 28, 2009, in North Chicago.

Arrangements are being made at the Westgate Funeral Home in Waukegan. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2009, at the First Baptist Church in Waukegan. Visitation is 10 a.m. to the time of service.

He was born March 18, 1930, to Ray Rouse and Zella Floyd Rouse in Carrier Mills.
