Robert 'Bob' T. Evans

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Robert T. "Bob" Evans, 76, of 70 Lincoln St., Stonefort, died 5:36 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2009, at his home.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Jeff Owens officiating. Burial will be in Little Saline Cemetery.

He was born on Aug. 18, 1932, in Stonefort to the late Coy and Mary (Shadowens) Evans. He married Wilma Fay Blackman on Oct. 6, 1953, in Pontiac, Mich., and she preceded him in death on Dec. 16, 2006.

He was a retired auto worker.

He was a member of the Stonefort General Baptist Church and the Carrier Mills American Legion.

He is survived by a son, Richard Eugene (Leslie) Evans of Franklin, Ind.; two daughters, Pamela (Gary Borchu) Wright of Waterford, Mich. and Donna (Billy) Hall of Muncie, Ind.; one brother, Richard Evans of Junction; one sister, Jo Choate of New Burnside; 11 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Dewayne Evans; and a brother, Leon Evans.
