Philip J. 'P.J.' Bloodworth

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Philip J. "P.J." Bloodworth, 78, New Burnside, died Friday, May 8, 2009, at his residence.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2009, at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Burial will be in Wise-Robinson Cemetery north of Ozark. Visitation was noon to service time Monday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, the former Ethel Jack; a son; a daughter-in-law; a daughter; four grandsons; a brother; a sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
