Daniel Arthur Duff

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Daniel Arthur Duff, 72, of Harrisburg, formerly of Shawneetown, passed away at 2:46 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.

He was born Dec. 21, 1936, in Shawneetown to Ray O. and Mary E. (Rider) Duff.

Dan was formerly a electronics radar technician at McDonnell- Douglas Corp. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by a cousin, Catherine Crunk of Shawneetown; and several nieces.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Willard R. "Bill" Duff.

Graveside services for Daniel will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2009, at Immaculate Conception Cemetery near Shawneetown with Pastoral Associate Jean Wills officiating.
