Adrian F. Frailey

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Adrian F. Frailey, 91, longtime resident of Shawneetown, died Monday, April 13, 2009 in Ferrell Hospital, Eldorado.

Adrian was born in Hardin County on Nov. 8, 1918, to Eph and Minnie (Price) Frailey. He was married to the former Joyce (Hodge) Frailey, who survives.

Adrian was a farmer most of his life, but also sold timber and loved to be outdoors especially in the river bottoms of Shawneetown. He loved to fish and hunt, raise pumpkins and other crops. He was always active and loved to visit with his friends. He will be greatly missed by our community.

Adrian is survived by his wife, Joyce (Hodge) Frailey of Shawneetown; two grandsons, Mark (Cindy) Frailey of Shawneetown and Brian (Virgie) Patton of Shawneetown; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor Frailey and Ashley Patton, both of Shawneetown.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son; and daughter in law, Frank and Janet Frailey.

Cremation has been accorded to Adrian's wishes. A graveside service will be starting at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2009, at the Westwood Cemetery in Shawneetown with the Rev. Jack Hall officiating. Those wishing to attend should meet at the cemetery.
