</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Patricia Ann Stevens, 61, Eldorado, died 4:40 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009, at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.
Services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at Poulson Funeral Home Chapel in Benton with the Rev. Mark Minor officiating. Visitation is 5 p.m. to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
She was born Nov. 11, 1947, in Benton to Albert and Dorothy (Mills) Eubanks. She had been married to Chuck Hall of Eldorado and then David Stevens of Galatia.
She was a certified nurse's aide at Herrin Hospital in Herrin and Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado. She was a loving grandmother. She enjoyed playing softball, traveling, all sports and almost all outside activities. She looked forward to her job.
She is survived by two sons, Kermit Hall and wife Susan of Zeigler and Arron Stevens and wife Amber of Vasse, N.C.; a daughter, Kimberly (Hall) Seagraves of Eldorado; two grandchildren, Breyer Seagraves of Eldorado and Brittany Hall of Zeigler; 10 nieces; 12 nephews; 50 great-nieces and nephews; three brothers, Richard and wife Kelley Eubanks of Whittington, Harry and wife Mildred Eubanks of Benton and Robert and wife Sue Eubanks of Mount Vernon; three sisters, Juanita and husband Louis Sweers of Gladwin, Mich., Phyllis and husband Ray Landis of Du Quoin and Eula and husband Jerry Pigg of Aiken; a sister-in-law, Frieda Eubanks of Buckner; and a good friend, June Phelps of Raleigh.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Albert and Jerry Eubanks; and a sister, Mary Lou Robinson.
Memorials may be made to the family and envelopes will be provided at the funeral home. Arrangements are in the care and direction of Poulson Funeral Home, Benton.
