James F. Jackson

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[James F. Jackson, 73, of Stonefort, died 6:10 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2009, at Lourdes Hospital, Paducah, Ky.

James was born July 15, 1935, in Johnson County to the late Eugene and Ruth Nance Jackson. On Sept. 16, 1960, he married the former Lillian Wittkamper, who survives. He retired from Distillers Co. Limited of Plainfield as a shipping supervisor.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian; two daughters, Robyn (Brad) Morris of Centralia and Anita Sue (Larry) Miller of Kilder; a son, David E. (Gayla) Jackson of Mattoon; four grandchildren, Branden M., Courtney R., Kaylee N. and Kelsey M. Morris; and three brothers, Edward (Loretta) Jackson of Marion, Gary (Dee) Jackson of Stonefort and George (Elaine) Jackson of Stonefort.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Harold Jackson and William Jackson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Jim Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery at Ozark. The family will greet friends after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
