James K. 'Moe' Milligan

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. James K. "Moe" Milligan, 61, of Eldorado, passed away at 7:50 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009, at Ferrell Hospital.

He was the husband of Lillie (Skaggs) Milligan.

James was born in Karbers Ridge on May 6, 1947, the son of the late Arthur and Marie (Carmen) Milligan.

He worked as a mechanic at Tri-County Chemical before retirement.

James is survived by two daughters, Tammy L. (Dennis) Wilkins of Carrier Mills and Kathy M. Clark of Eldorado; and two sons, Kenneth L. (Angel) Milligan of Galatia and Jeffery L. (Angela) Milligan of Harrisburg.

He is also survived by grandchildren, Westley Milligan, Jessica Milligan, Rane Walker, Stephen Milligan, Amanda Cox, Nathan Wilkins, Lani Clark, Haley Milligan, Allison Clark, Daniel Milligan, Emma Feuquay, Kailyn Milligan; and two great-grandchildren, Isaac Milligan and Chloe Milligan.

James is also survived by four sisters, Barbara Milligan of Goreville, Maryland Milligan of Fairfield, Wanda Milligan of Alton and Darlene Smith of Alton; and three brothers, Leroy Milligan of Harrisburg, Lindell Milligan of Ina, Dennis Stephanson of Granite City.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Milligan; and a sister, Lida Cozad.

Graveside services at Good Hope Cemetery, Karbers Ridge, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, with the Rev. Harold Miller officiating. Those attending should go directly to the cemetery.

Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home.
