William 'Bill' 'Boogie' C. Headrick
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[William "Bill" "Boogie" C. Headrick, 52, of 518 Ozark Road, Ozark, died 1:17 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, at his residence.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Kenneth Mayhall officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at the funeral home.
He was born on April 7, 1956, in Chicago to the late William H. and Norma (Ewell) Headrick. He married Sue Cantrell, who preceded him in death in 1993.
He was a retired crane operator.
He is survived by two sons, Terry (Billi) Headrick of Harrisburg and Danny Headrick of Stonefort; a daughter, Amanda Headrick of Harrisburg; five stepchildren, David (Shelly) Haney and Nicki Haney, both of Eldorado, Mary Agin of Harrisburg, Chris Grathler of Evansville, Ind., and Robert Grathler of Carrier Mills; three brothers, David (Kathy) Headrick of Carrier Mills, Rick (Bonnie) Headrick and Kevin (Loretta) Headrick, all of Harrisburg; seven sisters, Jeanie Vickers of Stonefort, Della (Cletis) Horton of Harrisburg, Elaine (Ronnie) Horton of Thompsonville, Dee Dee (Charles) Droit of Galatia, Carolyn (Ronnie) Dunning, Linda (Bobbie) Smith and Sharon Goodman, all of Carrier Mills; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Headrick; a sister, Donna Miller; and two brothers-in-law, Jim Goodman and Lee Vickers.
