Patsy Paulette Owens

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Patsy Paulette Owens, 58, of Harrisburg, passed away at 8:40 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at the Carrier Mills Nursing Home.

She was born on May 21, 1950, in Harrisburg to the late Alfred "Elvis" and Lucinda (Wiley) Owen.

Surviving family members include two sons, Jason Owen and Shawn Owen, both of Evansville, Ind.; three brothers, George, John and David Owen; five sisters, Francis Cletcher, Margaret Smith, Sue Cunningham, Shirley Mayberry and Judy Hatley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Tommy Owen, Glendall Owen and Wendell Owen; and a sister, Velma Sittig.
