Katie Wagler
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Katie Wagler, 79, of rural Stonefort, passed away 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 17, 1928, in Walnut Creek, Ohio, the daughter of Noah and Susan Raber Schrock. She was married to Albert Wagler on Dec. 4, 1952. He survives. She was a member of the Carrier Mills Amish/Mennonite Church, where she remained faithful to the end.
Surviving are her husband, Albert; three sons, Menno (Barbara) Wagler, Cottage Grove, Tenn., Daniel (Viola) Wagler, Stonefort and Stephen (Nioma) Wagler, Standish, Calif.; two daughters, Naomi (Calvin) Yoder, Falkville, Ala. and Susan (Louis) Kauffman, Cottage Grove, Tenn.; two brothers, Christ Schrock, Millersburg, Ohio and Albert Schrock, Millersburg, Ohio; four sisters, Mattie Yoder, North Lawrence, Ohio, Mary Coblentz, Freeport, Ohio, Susie Weaver, Sugarcreek, Ohio, and Clara Yoder, Uniontown, Ohio; 38 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Miriam Wagler; and two brothers, Levi and Noah Schrock.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, at Cedar Bluff Church with Milton Yoder, Norman Yoder and James Borntrager officiating. Burial will be at the Carrier Mills Amish Mennonite Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at the Carrier Mills Amish Mennonite Church. The J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
