</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Phyllis D. Feuquay, 66, West Frankfort, formerly of McLeansboro, died 8:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008 at Herrin Hospital.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008 at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Donald Smith and the Rev. C. J. Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Braden Valley Cemetery near McLeansboro. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 at the funeral home.

She is survived by two daughters, two sons-in-law, three grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters-in-law and a special friend.
