</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Billy D. Crowder, 70, of 30 Little Road, Harrisburg, died 3:17 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Gary Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is noon to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

He was born on Dec. 18, 1937, in Harrisburg to the late Thelma (Crowder) Terrell.

He is survived by several cousins, Laddonna (Don) Hughes of Fruitport, Mich., Charles (Arlene) Fowler, Jerry Crowder and Sue Beltz, all of Harrisburg, and Ron Crowder of Carrier Mills; and several other relatives.
