Frances M. Foster

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Frances M. Foster, 84, of Belle Rive, died 11:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008, at her residence.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home, Dahlgren.

She was the widow of Walter Foster. She is survived by a son, daughter-in-law, three granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
