Dr. Nina Mae Sharrard

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dr. Nina Mae Sharrard, 81, of Eldorado, died 8:10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008, at Fountain View Nursing Home, Eldorado.

Per her request, her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are in the charge of Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, Eldorado.

She was born in Casey to the late Roy and Edna Staley. She was the widow of Mark E. Sharrard.

She was a retired professor at Indiana State University. She was a member of Wesley Memorial Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Priscilla and Larry Delaunois of Eldorado; a grandson, Jamie (Anissa) Delaunois of Carmi; and two great-grandchildren, Shelby and Brendan Delaunois.
