Shirley A. (Ragsdale) Threet

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Shirley A. (Ragsdale) Threet, 70, of Harrisburg, passed away 2:26 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center after a long battle with her health and cancer.

On September 6, 1938, she was born to Jess and Belva (Inboden) Ragsdale. She married William (Bill) Threet on Aug. 31, 1957, and he preceded her in death Aug. 30, 1995.

They had two daughters, Julie Threet of Marion and Lisa (Donnie) Hufstedler of Harrisburg. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Ben (Brittney) Hufstedler, Elizabeth Hufstedler and Destin Dapper; and four great-grandchildren, Kaden and Abby Hufstedler and Lasirra and Orion Hines.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and infant sister.

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday Nov. 12, 2008, at the Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bethel cemetery. Memorials my be made to the American Cancer Society and left at the Sloan Funeral Home.
