Elmer Millikan

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Elmer Millikan, 65, of 307 Carline St., Carrier Mills, died 11:10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008 at his residence.

Graveside services will be held noon Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008 at Fluorine Cemetery in Rosiclare. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. The Rev. Ownly Williams will officiate.

He was born on Sept. 29, 1943 in Hardin County to the late Preston and Fatie (Ford) Millikan. On April 4, 2000, he married the former Martha Burton, who survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Cathy (Jack) Carbone of Round Lake and Julie (Bill) Labrentz of Sarasota, Fla.; a son, Elmer (Phyllis) Millikan of Itasca; stepchildren, Steven Jolly of Harrisburg, Jennifer Jolly of Rosiclare, Jennie (Jason) Chang of Ft. Leonardwood, Ky., Elizabeth (Billy) Francis of Harrisburg and Rosalie Morse of Wisconsin; a sister, Becky Riggs of Carrier Mills; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a stepson, Matt Jolly; three sisters; and three brothers.
