Terry D. Upton

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Terry D. Upton, 45, of Fairfield, formerly of New Haven, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008.

At Terry's request, he was cremated and a memorial service will be held later. Arrangements are in the charge of Cox and Son Funeral Home, New Haven.

He is survived by three brothers, five sisters and a sister-in-law.
