Steven W. Herbert

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Our kind, loving brother went to be with the Lord on Sept. 19, 2008.

Steven W. Herbert, born Oct. 3, 1959, in East St. Louis, was a childhood resident of Eldorado and graduated from Eldorado schools in 1977. After school he went on to Dallas, Texas, to become an iron worker and father to three boys, Steven Herbert, Christopher Herbert and James Herbert, all still living in Dallas.

He was the son of Ruth Grisham and William Leroy Herbert; brother to Joe Herbert (Linda) of Wasson, Ruth Reed of Virginia, Kaye Herbert of Paducah, Ky., David Herbert of Ohio and Samuel Herbert (Belinda) of Eldorado. He was uncle to Tammy Herbert and Jeff Reed.

Funeral arrangements are pending in Texas.

We will all truly miss him.
