</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Roy Crowell, 89, of Goreville, formerly of Cave-In-Rock, died 3:45 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008, at Southgate Health Care Center in Metropolis.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave-In-Rock. Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery with graveside military rites. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.
