</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Kent Adkerson, 47, of Golconda, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at Heartland Regional Medical Center, Marion.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at First Baptist Church, Golconda. Graveside service followed by interment will be 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, at Burns Cemetery, Rockvale, Tenn. Visitation is 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, at the church.

Arrangements are in the charge of Aly Funeral Home, Golconda.
