Driver, passengers in Chief Deputy's crash were in country legally

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Due to a reporter's error it was incorrectly reported in Tuesday's Page 2A story "Chief Deputy Todd Fort injured in Sunday wreck at Small, Sahara Street" that Harrisburg Police Officer Sgt. David Morris notified the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Morris said Friday morning the other driver and passengers were in the country working legally, had the proper documentation and no notification was made to INS.
