Frances Sue (Webb) Nowling

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Frances Sue (Webb) Nowling, 58, of Carmi, formerly of Enfield, died 4:52 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008, at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind.

Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial will be in Old Springer Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at the funeral home.

She was the widow of Darrel Webb. She is survived by her mother, son, daughter-in-law, daughter, son-in-law, companion, several grandchildren and four brothers.
