Martha Ann Healy
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Martha Ann Healy, 87, of rural Omaha, died Saturday evening, Aug. 23, 2008 at her home while watering her flowers.
She was born Sept. 16, 1920, in Gossett, the daughter of Logan and Minnie (Graves) Lewis. She married on Feb. 11, 1942, to James Herbert Healy and he preceded her in death on Dec. 28, 1984.
Martha was a hairdresser for 65 years. She was a member of Hazel Ridge Cumberland Church and attended Village Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her son, David and Paula Healy of Omaha; and her daughter, MaeReta and John Clark of Pittsburg; four grandchildren, Kim Hillyard, Rebecca Abell, Lance Damm and Michelle Prather; and eight great-grandchildren, Lacy Jo McNear, Logan McNear, Devon Damm, Oliver Abell, Rowdy Damm, Bridgett Payne, Colby Prather and Nolan Prather.
She was preceded in death by parents; two sisters, Lucille Haney and Loretta Graves; one brother, James Lloyd Lewis; and two grandsons, Branton James Healy and David Adam Healy.
Visitation for Martha will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Omaha. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008, with the Rev. Rudy Barnett officiating. Burial will follow at Shaw Cemetery near Omaha.
