Maggie Lou Gibbs

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Maggie Lou Gibbs, 86, passed away Aug. 11, 2008, in Erin, Tenn.

Maggie was born in Ridgway on May 23, 1922, to the late Andrew and Ethel (Ramsey) Murphy. She was a Southern Baptist by faith. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by a daughter, Stella Fedornock of Bon Aqua, Tenn.; a son, James W. Gibbs of Evansville, Ind.; a sister, Eva Vickery of Shawneetown; and a brother, Andrew Murphy of Hopkinsville, Ky.

Services for Maggie are 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, at the Cox and Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown with visitation after noon. The Rev. Jack Hall will officiate.

Interment will be in Westwood Cemetery.
