</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Brandon Dewayne Martin, 15, of Paducah, Ky., died 10:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, at his residence.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at St. John Catholic Church with Father Bruce McCarty and Father Tom Buckman officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2008, and 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner and Orr Funeral Home, Paducah, Ky. Prayers will be said 7 p.m. Monday.

He was a member of St. John Catholic Church.

He is survived by his mother, Darla Jean Gipson Martin of Paducah, Ky.; father, Dewayne "Keith" Martin of Paducah, Ky.; twin sister, Ashley Marie Martin of Paducah, Ky.; grandparents, Maurice and Martha Ellen Gipson Childress and Dewayne and Edith (Black) Martin; great-grandparents, Shirley Martin of Marion and Freida Black of Lawrenceville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Gipson; and great-grandparents, Bertram and Lois Willett, Lydia Willett, Looney and Nona Martin and George Black.
