Estelle Ricketts

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Estelle Ricketts, 87, of Harrisburg, died 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Estelle was born on March 21, 1921, in Kentucky to the late Ed and Nora (Vaughn) Sneed.

She was a homemaker.

Estelle is survived by one daughter, Kay Lewis Evans and husband James of Metropolis; four grandchildren, Gary McDonald and wife Janet of Brookport, Debbie Barr and husband John of Metropolis, Kevin McDonald and wife Connie of Golconda and Jason McDonald and wife Kristin of Paducah, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lena Stacey of Harrisburg, Marcella Wren of Eldorado and Mayme Creamer of Waukegan; and brother, Bob Sneed of Michigan.

According to her wishes, her body will be cremated and there will be no services. Reed Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
