Updated NASCAR page

Driver Carl Edwards dropped to seventh in the points standings and we've updated the weekly Nascar page to reflect this change. If you've already downloaded the Quark and InDesign Nascar pages this week, please make the change directly on the page. Edwards should be seventh and the drivers that were formerly ranked second through seventh should each move up one.
