Earnhardt puts on his game face for Hendrick

It's easy to see how serious and focused Dale Earnhardt Jr. is with Hendrick Motorsports.

With his former team, Dale Earnhardt Inc., Junior would have been ecstatic at a runner-up finish or that he jumped 13 places in the standings. But after he did both this past Sunday in the UAW-Dodge 400 at Las Vegas, Earnhardt wasn't even close to being a shadow of his own self.
