Penny Project: Teen hopes to go to college by thinking small

It started as an idea while surfing the Internet and has turned into 10 pounds of pennies.

Framingham High School senior Adam Engel, 17, hopes to parlay those pennies into his freshman year tuition, or at the very least, a laptop.
