Jury hears disturbing comment attributed to Cutts

Richard Mitchell sighed, then apologized to the jury for what he was about to say. The words Bobby L. Cutts Jr. told him a month before Jessie M. Davis disappeared.

I'm going to "kill that bitch and throw her in the woods," Mitchell said.
