Sen. Schuring tries to change way schools are funded

The numbers changed slightly, but the principle is the same. State Sen. Kirk Schuring told a Senate committee that Ohio has to change the way schools are funded.

Whether that happens with a constitutional amendment as Schuring, R-Jackson Township, suggested Wednesday remains to be seen.
