Clinton ekes out win over Obama in New Hampshire

New Hampshire voters turned out in record numbers last night, pulling New York Sen. Hillary Clinton up from a precipitous fall in the polls to a victory in the nation's first presidential primary.

After losing both the Iowa caucus and her monthslong lead in the New Hampshire polls to freshman Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, Clinton had won 39 percent of the votes with 75 percent of New Hampshire's precincts reporting.
