Celtics crush Bulls, 107-82
Tough to tell if the Chicago Bulls were uninspired or if the Celtics simply forced them into it, but the guys in green left no doubt that they weren't exactly eaten up by Wednesday's loss to the Pistons.
Playing defense with chest-thumping tenacity, the Celtics knocked off the Bulls 107-82 on Friday night before yet another national TV audience and a house full of the beautiful people, including John Henry, Dennis Leary and Miss Massachusetts. OK, so two out of three ain't bad, but the Celtics have now won 10 out of 11, and 13 out of 14 at home. This was a nice tune-up for the Orlando Magic, who make their first Boston appearance Sunday, looking to become the first team to knock off the Celtics twice this season.
