Illini's Ware wrapping up college career with only team that gave him a shot

Mike Ware was sitting in his family's Naperville home watching a college football bowl game in 2004 when he realized he couldn't stand it any more.

"I said, 'Dad, I have to give it my shot,' '' Ware said.
