Jeff Vrabel: Why parent when you can spy on your child?

Let me preface this column by saying it's not like I don't want to know where my son is all the time, it's just that I generally know where he is all the time: probably hiding behind the Christmas tree, going to the bathroom in his pants. We're working on it. But he really seems to be comfortable and relaxed and able to let things just flow on out back there, and it's hard to figure out what to do about it without seeming a whole lot like I'm ruining his Christmas.
