Man calls 911 while drinking beer -- in front of police station

Police encourage people to call 911 to report a crime, but a Framingham man on Tuesday got himself arrested.

Michael A. Cooper, 43, called 911 from a pay phone right in front of the police station while drinking a beer, police spokesman Lt. Paul Shastany said yesterday.
