Judges: Pilgrim OK in accident projections

A panel of judges considering challenges to the extension of the Pilgrim nuclear power plant's operating license has ruled the plant's owners do not need to make major changes in how they consider the potential impact of an accident at the plant.

In an unusual step, however, one of the three judges issued a dissenting opinion which plant opponents intend to use as the centerpiece for an appeal.
