The JLo bump: A pregnant pause at Mohegan Sun?

Jennifer Lopez, who previously denied rumors of pregnancy, performed Wednesday night at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., with husband Marc Anthony. In photos by Khoi Ton of The Norwich Bulletin, Lopez is seen with a significant "bump" while singing.

Photos by a fan at the concert submitted to celebrity gossip site PerezHilton.com showed the full "bump." While it's not official, it clearly seems Lopez has a baby on the way. The child would be Lopez's first, and would no doubt stoke the national fascination with celebrity babies. Lopez and Anthony have been married for 3 years.

Only two weeks ago, Anthony issued a statement denying Lopez's pregnancy. In Touch Weekly reported the pregnancy prior to that statement, saying the couple may be expecting twins. Lopez's new "frock" outfits - while in style - allow for a woman's belly to grow from beneath. Lopez is 38.
