Illini notebook: Bowl game, here they come?

Two wins into the season, the Illinois football team is already highlighting the calendar.

When Illinois (2-1) plays at Indiana (3-0) in the Big Ten Conference opener Saturday (11 a.m., Big Ten Network), the Illini face a Hoosiers team trying to reach a bowl game for the first time since 1993. The importance isn't lost on the Illini, who realize a victory over Indiana would put Illinois officially on the list as a bowl contender.
